Cuiselle Maison
Terms of Use
Using Cuiselle with care for your food, your recipes and the people around your table.
Cuiselle and your household
Cuiselle Maison is operated by Veloran Labs (Pty) Ltd, a South African private company (registration 2026/533272/07), for households internationally. It helps you keep recipes and manage everyday kitchen information. These terms do not create an online household account, purchase, subscription or payment commitment.
Use Cuiselle lawfully, with permission to use the device and information involved. Do not infringe others' rights, distribute unlawful material, evade access controls or interfere with the service or other people. You remain responsible for the information and decisions you enter, review, save and share.
Your recipes and source material
Any rights you hold in your recipes, notes, photos and other content remain yours. Saving material does not transfer another person's copyright or give you permission to redistribute it. Respect source attribution, access restrictions, website terms and the rights of recipe writers, photographers and family members.
Keeping content in Cuiselle does not itself grant permission to publish your private content or use it to train a hosted model. Cuiselle branding, software and website material remain subject to applicable intellectual-property, third-party and open-source rights. Store names do not imply endorsement.
Review before saving or cooking
Camera, gallery, handwriting, PDF, recipe URL and incoming-share support depend on the source, device and supported format. Recognition can omit, misread or rearrange text. Compare ingredients, measurements, allergens, temperatures, times and directions with the original. Perfect recognition and universal website import are not guaranteed.
Source websites, browsers, operating systems and third-party components have separate terms and policies. Compatibility varies; Android support does not establish compatibility with every Huawei device or native HarmonyOS NEXT.
Cooking and food safety
Check ingredients, allergies, storage, handling, cooking and reheating against reliable guidance suited to your circumstances. Cuiselle does not provide certified food-safety, medical or nutritional advice. Do not use Cuiselle as the sole basis for a health or food-safety decision.
Pantry quantities, recorded dates, remaining portions and planning suggestions are household records, not proof that food is safe or available in reality. Review changes before confirming them. Food suitability, safety and waste-reduction results are not guaranteed; use your own judgement alongside the app.
Local records and continuity
Household files are kept on your device. Automatic household cloud sync, public hosted recipe links and universal backup or restore are not available. Active cooking progress is held in memory and is not restored after the app closes or restarts.
Device loss, storage failure, uninstalling, resets or operating-system changes can affect access to records. Available controls do not guarantee complete export, recovery or deletion of all copies. Keep original recipe material independently and seek help before clearing app data or uninstalling as a troubleshooting step.
Sharing intentionally
Check what you choose to send through another app and who will receive it. Share only material and personal information you have permission to share. A recipient or service may retain a copy beyond your control. Sharing does not create household membership or automatic synchronisation.
Availability and your rights
Store listings remain Coming soon until individually verified. Supported devices, source formats and features may change. No subscription, payment, refund or response-time policy is established by this text.
The practical limitations described here do not waive mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No monetary liability cap, arbitration agreement or choice of court is established by these terms. The absence of a separate policy on this page does not remove obligations or rights under applicable law.
