A useful starting point

Include a short description, your app version and device type. Keep your original recipe and note the screen where the problem happened.

Please avoid sending passwords, identity documents, private household photos or full data exports. If an example is needed, share only the relevant information.

Before troubleshooting, visit Support. Do not uninstall or clear app data as a routine fix; that can destroy local records.
